Refund policy

Guarantee:

Assaya Jewelry jewelry is carefully crafted and made with expertise in our workshops in Bangkok.

We offer a 6-month warranty for any design defects from the date of purchase of your products (except for deterioration due to natural wear and tear or any potential shocks). If, despite all our efforts, your jewelry does not give you full satisfaction, our team is here to help.

To preserve them from scratches and knots, remember to store them in our small boxes provided for this purpose.

To make use of the warranty, please contact juliette@assayajewelry.net. If the problem is not covered by the warranty, we will contact you to offer a solution.

Return:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at juliette@assayajewelry.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
